Global Warning might be wordplay yet it is not a game. We live in a fractioned world of fragmented truths. Long-standing sources of information lack of trustworthiness and seem corrupted from economic interests and in the daily struggle for likes and shares in competition with disruptive players. Information is the dominating currency of our days.

Noise Tales speak out their warning to evaluate information not only relying on analytics or (alternative) facts rather than trusting on empathy, instincts and feelings. That is where a deep common understanding between human beings can prevent us from falling and true love can grow.

Eleven songs of a deliberate punk-like attitude sloppily reel between optimism and concern that form a strong statement for love and empathy.

Global Warning was recorded and compiled between 2013 and 2018 and previously released in March 2018. The debut „Humps, bumps & lumps“ took 8 years longer and yet the sound of the Noise Tales has become more consistent and has grown to an own style.

The Album features two cover versions. „Dancer“ is a song from the greek indie band „The Family Idiot“. In return Noise Tales Song „Up“ from the debut got covered by The Family Idiot.
„Idols“ is an original song by Latex Distortion which is an Alter Ego of Mirsch or the Noise Tales. The song appeared first on Latex Distortions debut „hellø!“ in 2015.
